Jak Cornthwaite

Chief Operations Officer
Jak Cornthwaite started training at CrossFit JST in its Compete Classes, later joining the coaching team in 2015. Over the years, he has coached athletes of all levels, from class members to Regional, National, and Games-level competitors.
In CrossFit, he was on a Regionals (Semi-Finals) team in 2014 and 2015, then qualified for the CrossFit Games in 2017 & 2019, marking the first British team to do so. He also competed individually at Regionals in 2016 (15th) and 2018 (7th), finishing as the top-ranked British male in both seasons.
Jamie Harrop

Head Programmer
Jamie is Head Programmer at JST Compete, primarily working on the main track of JST Athlete. Alongside this Jamies is also Master Coach at CrossFit Shapesmiths - one of Europe's biggest CrossFit gyms.
Jamie has worked for a decade with athletes of all levels - from those just starting their athletic journey all the way to athlete's who are competing at the highest levels of the sport.
Fraser Clark

Individual Coach Manager
Fraser has been involved in CrossFit since 2016 and has spent the last two and a half years with JST. Coming from a rugby background, he brings valuable crossover experience to his coaching and athletic career.
As a competitor, he has a strong team competition background, having competed at the Madrid CrossFit Championships twice and multiple times at Strength in Depth. His passion for coaching stems from his experience in the team environment, allowing him to deliver high-level coaching to aspiring team athletes while also helping individual athletes reach their full potential.
Fraser has coached athletes to podium finishes at some of the biggest competitions in the UK and Europe, including SiD UK Champs, Ragnarok, and the French Throwdown.
