Free Standing Handstand Hold

  1. Hands at shoulder width
  2. Spread your fingers and turns your hands slightly out
  3. Squeeze your feet together and push into the floor making your body as long as possible
  4. Control your body using the palms of your hands and your fingertips to balance

Low Hang Snatch

  1. Snatch deadlift off the floor, following the same bar path as you would with a Snatch.
  2. Slowly lower the bar down in the opposite bar path until the bar passes just below the knees but without the plates touching the floor.
  3. Keep the bar as close as possible on the way back up, especially when passing the knees.
